01The lane

Six stations, one reference

The whole route at a glance. Below, each step in detail.
  1. 01 · China

    Your supplier

Delivers to our warehouse, or we collect from the factory.

  2. 02 · Foshan

    BlueWave warehouse

Counted, weighed, measured and photographed. Every package gets its own reference and QR.

  3. 03 · Foshan

    Container loading

Loose cargo shares a container; each consignment stays traceable on its own.

  4. 04 · Indian Ocean

    At sea

About 35 days from departure to Dar es Salaam.

  5. 05 · Dar es Salaam

    Arrived in Dar

Checked in at our Dar warehouse and counted again against the China figures. Free storage starts that day.

  6. 06 · Dar es Salaam

    You collect

Pay the invoice, receive your pickup note, collect with your ID.

02Step by step

What we do. What you do.

Read across each step: our side on the left, yours on the right.
CN

In China

  1. 01 · Your supplier

    Send your goods to Foshan

    What we do

    • Give you a shipping mark of your own when you open an account.
    • Give you our Foshan warehouse address in Chinese, ready to forward to your supplier.
    • Collect from the factory or market ourselves if the supplier will not deliver.

    What you do

    • Send your supplier our Foshan address and your shipping mark.
    • Ask them to write the mark on every carton and to phone the warehouse before delivering.
  2. 02 · Foshan warehouse

    Received, measured, photographed

    What we do

    • Count, weigh and measure every package, and work out the CBM.
    • Photograph the goods on arrival.
    • Give each package its own reference and a QR label it keeps until you collect.

    What you do

    • Check the reference, the figures and the photos on the tracking page or in your account.
    • Tell us at once if something you paid for has not arrived.
  3. 03 · Foshan

    Loaded on the week's container

Next receiving closes Fri 09 Oct · departs Mon 12 Oct

    What we do

    • Load the goods that arrived before receiving closed onto that week's container.
    • Loose cargo shares the container, but every consignment stays separate and traceable.

    What you do

    • Make sure your goods reach Foshan before receiving closes for the sailing you want.
SEA

At sea

  1. 04 · Indian Ocean

    In transit

Estimated arrival — subject to shipping and port conditions.

    What we do

    • The moment the container departs, your cargo shows as In transit.
    • The crossing to Dar es Salaam takes about 35 days.

    What you do

    • Follow it with your reference. The tracking page shows the container and the estimated arrival.
TZ

In Dar es Salaam

  1. 05 · Dar es Salaam port

    Arrival and recount

    What we do

    • Bring the container from the port to our warehouse.
    • Count your cargo again and compare it with the figures taken in Foshan. Both counts are kept.
    • Check it in on our warehouse floor. That is the day it counts as arrived, and free storage starts.

    What you do

    • Nothing yet — we tell you the day your cargo has arrived.
  2. 06 · Office

    Your invoice

    Today's rate 1 USD = 2,700 TZS

    What we do

    • Price your cargo from the rate book and issue the invoice in USD.
    • Show the amount in shillings at the exchange rate of the day the invoice is issued. That rate is pinned to the invoice and does not change afterwards.

    What you do

    • Open the invoice in your account and check the figures against your cargo.
  3. 07 · Office

    Payment

    What we do

    • Confirm your payment against our accounts.

    What you do

    • Pay only to the accounts printed on the invoice, and keep your payment slip.
    • If anybody gives you a different account, call the office before you pay.
  4. 08 · Office

    Pickup note

    What we do

    • Issue your pickup note once the payment is confirmed.

    What you do

    • Receive the pickup note in your account and bring it with you.
  5. 09 · Dar es Salaam

    Collect your cargo

    What we do

    • Check the pickup note and your ID.
    • Scan every box out against your consignment, so nothing leaves that is not yours and nothing of yours is left behind.

    What you do

    • Come to our Dar es Salaam warehouse with your ID and pickup note once we tell you it is ready.
